Greywacke Meadows is situated on 85 acres of land in the town of Grafton, NY. The setting is a restored farmhouse, the custom-finished barn, and across the street a meadow that once was home to a barn & horses. It is a large grassy meadow, dotted with greywacke rocks & boulders that were deposited there by glaciers and remain as they have for hundreds of years. This elegant wedding and events venue was built between 1825 & 1830 and remains a historic home nestled in the heart of Colonie, NY. Its vibrant herb, flower, and perennial gardens celebrate the seasons of the year and are a great place for a ceremony! Facilities for weddings, parties, and meetings can be rented at the Pruyn House site. These include the Pruyn House mansion, the Buhrmaster barn, and the one-room Verdoy schoolhouse, all handicap accessible.
