A Bougie Barn Wedding in NY With The Prettiest “Something Blue” Theme
“Abby and Tyler met in college at a fraternity party while Abby was wearing what she describes as, "the most ridiculous '90's girl' outfit." After her friend went up to Tyler and told him he would be taking Abby to formal, the rest was history! For their wedding at The Sablewood at Highview Springs, Abby and Tyler both wanted something unique, but also something that fit them as a couple. Tyler is originally from Syracuse, New York, where he spent a lot of time in a more “country” setting, while Abby is from closer to New York City. As a compromise, they chose the perfect "bougie barn" for their special day.” Wedding Chicks

“The reception was originally planned for outside, but a storm came in at just the wrong moment and the couple had to move inside of the Charlington Barn. This turned out, however, to be the most beautiful Plan B! They were even able to set up a perfect champagne station right at the exit of the ceremony, which with the move inside, happened to now be the entrance to their cocktail hour!” Wedding Chicks
